IMPORTANT INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As with any Physical Activity Program, we can make no absolute guarantee to correct Postural Dysfunctions, however we can assure you that the greatest care and attention will be given in order to ensure the overall welfare of any potential client. In order to uphold our Professional Duty of Care, if at any time over the duration of the sessions we feel it is likely that you will not benefit from further Corrective Exercise, or any further practice may fall outside of my Professional Boundaries, you will be referred on to an appropriate Medical Practitioner and refunded for any outstanding sessions on a pro-rata basis. We are responsible solely for making any such decisions and any refunded sessions or the termination of future sessions which have already been paid for are completely down to our discretion. You will be required to complete an Informed Consent Form (ICF) to proceed, only after the full circumstances of the sessions have been fully explained to your satisfaction.
We make no intention at any time to sell a service that might not be appropriate, or which we feel will have no potential benefits - nor at any time do we wish to operate outside of scope of practice.
