Personal Training is tailored to you - that means every workout we endure together, every exercise we choose and every piece of advice we give to you is centered around your goals - there is no cookie cutter approach here.
In addition, we aren't drill sergeants, and so we don't intend to give you any orders - nor expect you to blindly follow them - but we do serve to motivate you and explain the reasons why we do what we do, and answer any of your questions as they arise.
Much of increasing your Health and Fitness levels is about being empowered - having both the knowledge of how to change, as well as the willingness to do so. We don't make any choices for our clients, instead we intend to educate our clients as best as we can, to ensure every lifestyle decision they make is an informed one.
