TWO-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING AT JUST £22.50 PER PERSON PER HOUR.

- Got a bigger group than just two? Bolt on additional people to your group for £15 per person per hour up to a maximum group size of 4 people at £60 per hour - (split the entire cost any way you want!).

In addition, we aren't drill sergeants, and so we don't intend to give you any orders - nor expect you to blindly follow them - but we do serve to motivate you and explain the reasons why we do what we do, and answer any of your questions as they arise.
